Project description

We secured a project to develop a next generation signage solution for a unique electronics store.

Within a short span of time we managed to create a full-fledged signage solution with following features:

  • Cloud-based dashboard
  • Video, image and even website media type
  • Automatic image/video optimisation
  • Internationalisation
  • Live operator support

Process

The technical solution itself included several stand-alone applications:

  1. Server part: database & API, command processing, storage and backups
  2. Control panel: admin dashboard in a web browser
  3. Player: application controlling the displayed content
During the initial stage, a wireframe diagram was created to break down the project's complexity
